T-film 2022

10th International Film Festival

Dear festival participants, even though this year was supposed to be the jubilee, the tenth, we were not supported by any of our regular supporters, and therefore we are forced to postpone this year. We believe that we will meet again in 2023 at the T-film International Film Festival T-film. Thank you for your understanding and your favor.

1st – 31th October 2022, primary, high schools and universities in Ostrava, Opava and Český Těšín, Czech Republic

The T-film International Film Festival 2022 introduces short documentary films with the themes of universe, space, environmental, social, global inspiration, new technologies, talent development and talent support, protection of traditions and cultural heritage, and care and preservation of technical and industrial monuments.

48 competitive films were submitted to the 1st T-film International Film Festival 2013. The major festival prize, the Grand Prix, was awarded to the documentary film, by German authors Beatrix Stoepel and Valdis Abols, entitled “„Lettlands Küste Slitere (Latvian shoreline Slitere)“.

YOU CAN TAKE PART IN THE FESTIVAL AS WELL! Either as filmmakers who will submit their film or as visitors who will watch the films about cultural monuments, beautiful landscapes and nature and the need to protect it.

Films on the given themes can be presented by:
• Czech as well as foreign documentary filmmakers
• amateurs as well as professionals
• civic associations, organizations, and individuals.

Participation is conditioned by:
• the submission of one or more documentary films
• filling in the electronic entry form available at the “Entry Form“ section (active LINK)
• sending a carrier medium (e.g. a DVD) by June 30th, 2022 to the undermentioned address:
